First impression of it was very high. Well packed for shipping. I bought 2 of them, one for me and one for my son who's in his 20s. Very easy to put together, us about 20 minutes or so to put ours together. Tires needed air. We rode on the bike path and roads by our house for about 2 and a half to 3 hours. We didn't charge them before going out. Top speed was about 21 after we really had them moving, coming downhill and peddling. 1st gear seems to get to 7-8 MPH, 2nd is about 12-13 MPH, and 3rd topped out right at 19MPH. I don't know if they all come with it, ours have peddle assistance, do some peddling and itll go. You can also use the throttle. We were pleasantly surprised and pleased with these little bikes.
